Bucks Travel Limited acts as a booking agent and intermediary between the customer and the transport operator.


Our services primarily cover the South-East and South of England. Through our operating partner, Our Local Minibus & Coach Hire Partners, and trusted transport partners, we can also arrange transport services across the United Kingdom.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 10 days from the date issued. Prices may change after this period due to vehicle availability, fuel costs, or operational factors.


Your booking is confirmed once:

  1. You accept the quotation
  2. The required deposit payment is received
  3. You receive a booking confirmation email

Bookings are subject to availability until confirmed.


Payments

We currently accept:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Debit or Credit Card
  • Cash (subject to prior agreement)

Payments are processed through Bucks Travel Limited, acting as the booking agent for Our Local Minibus & Coach Hire Partners.


A minimum deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your booking. For larger bookings or long-distance journeys, a higher deposit may be required.


The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the date of travel, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.


Under current UK tax regulations, group passenger transport services (minibus and coach hire) are exempt from VAT. Therefore, quoted prices do not include VAT.


Journey & Travel Information

Yes. Prices quoted for pre-booked journeys are fixed. However, additional charges may apply in cases such as:

  • Additional stops or drop-offs
  • Route changes
  • Extended waiting time
  • Additional mileage
  • Unplanned diversions

Any additional charges will be calculated based on time, distance, and operational costs.


Once your flight has landed, your driver will contact you by phone or text message to confirm the pickup location. Driver contact details will also be included in your booking confirmation email.


Yes. Providing your flight number or airline name allows us to track your arrival and ensure your driver arrives at the correct time. If you do not know the terminal, we will normally identify it using the flight information.


We monitor flight arrivals where a flight number is provided. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no additional charge for reasonable delays. Excessive delays may incur additional waiting charges.


No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles used for passenger transport.


Safety & Licensing

Yes. All drivers operating vehicles are fully licensed under UK transport regulations and authorised by the relevant Local Authority or Transport for London (TfL). Transport services are provided by Our Local Minibus & Coach Hire Partners or authorised transport partners.


Passenger safety is a priority. Drivers must:

  • Hold valid PCV or Private Hire licences
  • Pass DBS (CRB) background checks
  • Have appropriate professional driving experience
  • Operate vehicles maintained to UK safety standards

Many journeys are also tracked via GPS systems.


Yes. All journeys are recorded and dispatched through our booking system, and all drivers are professionally vetted and licensed. Your booking confirmation will include journey and contact details for added security.


Booking Types

A one-way booking is a single journey from one location to another (for example, airport to hotel).


A return booking includes two journeys, such as:

  • Outbound journey (A → B)
  • Return journey (B → A)

Return journeys may take place on the same day or a different date.


Receipts & Documentation

Yes. A booking confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you once your booking has been confirmed and payment processed.


Availability

Yes. Our booking and support services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, including holidays.


Liability & Responsibilities

All transport services are operated by Our Local Minibus & Coach Hire Partners or authorised licensed transport partners. Bucks Travel Limited acts as a booking and customer service provider and does not operate vehicles directly.


Yes. Where necessary, we may allocate your booking to trusted licensed transport partners that meet our operational and licensing standards.


While we aim to provide reliable services, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Accidents
  • Airport delays
  • Events or emergencies

However, we will always make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.
