These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Bucks Travel Limited, whether confirmed verbally or in writing. By confirming a booking, the customer (“Hirer”) agrees to these terms. All transport services, vehicles, and drivers are operated by Bucks Travel Ltd. The Hirer is responsible for the behavior and actions of all passengers included in the booking.
All quotations are for vehicle hire with driver only and are valid for 10 days, subject to vehicle availability. Prices may change depending on availability and operating costs.
A minimum deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the journey, unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid invoices may be referred to a debt recovery agency and may incur an additional 15% recovery fee plus legal costs.
Unless agreed in advance, the vehicle is available only during the scheduled journey times. Additional mileage, waiting time, or changes to the agreed itinerary may result in extra charges.
Passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s legal seating capacity. Standing passengers are not permitted.
Passengers must behave responsibly at all times. Drivers have the right to refuse travel or remove passengers whose behavior is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive. Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the Hirer.
Alcohol is not permitted on board our vehicles. If alcohol is consumed or found on the vehicle, the driver may terminate the journey immediately, and no refund will be issued.
Passengers must keep the vehicle clean. Additional charges may apply for:
A £200 cleaning charge will apply if the vehicle is fouled (e.g., vomiting). A £25 reduction may apply if paid immediately.
Additional waiting time beyond the agreed schedule may be charged at the standard hourly vehicle rate.
All passengers must wear seat belts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.

Where a vehicle cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company may, at its discretion, offer an alternative vehicle or a refund of payments made. The company will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, events, or connections.
Drivers are subject to UK and EU drivers’ hours regulations. The Hirer must ensure that the agreed schedule complies with these legal requirements. If passenger delays result in additional costs (such as replacement drivers or accommodation), the Hirer will be liable for these costs.
All luggage is carried subject to available space and safety regulations. The driver has the final decision regarding luggage carried. The company does not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to passenger property, unless caused by proven negligence. Items left on vehicles will, where possible, be held for collection.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, in accordance with UK law.
If more than 28 days pass between the quotation and travel, the Company reserves the right to adjust the price to reflect increases in operating costs, including fuel and government-imposed charges.
